Built4You Crown Point Concrete provides professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and are provided in Crown Point, IN and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor surface cracks due to settling, temperature changes, or other factors. These minor cracks do not affect the structural integrity of the concrete and are not covered under warranty.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your project
• Ensuring access to the work area
• Obtaining necessary permits if required by your local jurisdiction
• Marking underground utilities before we begin work
• Making timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Limitation of Liability

Built4You Crown Point Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
